Conjecture Adventure

Made during the Game Maker's Tool Kit Game Jam 2022. The team all got together to work on our entry.
Conjecture Adventure is a Role-playing Game where you play as a fortune teller, combating enemies based off the Taro Cards. Your main method of attacking is by choosing one of 3 equipped dice, predicting the number, than rolling. If you predict the number correctly, you deal double damage.
With some dice, for example, The Dice of Fortune, you get a bonus if you predict correctly as well, in this case, earning additional coins.

Being honest with ourselves, the submitted game is bit rough. Some content had to be cut, and no sound and music aside from the intro was in the game in order to meet the deadline. But we're really proud that we were able to make a unique experience with a style that stood out. Its a bit of a miracle we even had a game to submit.

We are definitely excited to expand this game into its full potential and its something we look to do in the near future
